Editing for VFX & Animation
A remote onsite course for high school students introducing them to the craft of editing, specifically for visual effects and animation production. Students will learn the basic principles of editing through in-class presentations, demonstrations, readings and hands-on participation using Adobe's non-linear editing software "PremierePro".
Course Syllabus
As a result of successfully completing this course, students
Will be able to:
- Learn the basic principles of editing through in-class presentations, demonstrations, readings and hands-on participation using Adobe's non-linear editing software "Premiere Pro".
Will display the following attitudes/professional behaviors:
- Meet assigned deadlines
- Accept and apply critiques
- Analyze and discuss work using industry specific terminology
- Prepare for and contribute to class discussions and critiques
